About Us

Who We Are

Last Resort Foundation is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Uganda dedicated to addressing hunger, reducing food waste, and uplifting vulnerable communities. Founded on the principles of compassion and sustainability, our organization works tirelessly to bridge the gap between surplus food and those in need. By leveraging local and international partnerships and innovative programs, we aim to create lasting change in the fight against hunger.

Our work is guided by a deep understanding of Uganda’s unique challenges, including widespread poverty, limited access to nutritious food, and underutilized agricultural potential. We focus on creating impactful, culturally relevant solutions tailored to the needs of the communities we serve.

Our Mission

Our mission is to combat hunger in Uganda by providing sustainable solutions, empowering communities, and fostering partnerships to improve access to nutritious food. We strive for a hunger-free Uganda where everyone can thrive.
